Brambleton Model Railway Club

Our open days are a great way of showing off to the public what our club is all about. It provides us with a chance to run the railway as it was originally intended, while providing the public with a chance to see a great variety of rolling stock (O gauge circuit) & live steam narrow gauge (16 mm).

Our next open day will be on Saturday 16th May 2026, from 2.00 - 5.30pm. Our site can be accessed off the Highfield Oval, Ambrose Lane, Harpenden. There is some parking for those travelling by car. There will also be signed access off the Nickey Line cycle path (near the Ambrose Lane access).

Please note that the site itself is reached by an unpaved, sloping path, which can be muddy during wet conditions, so unfortunately, is probably unsuitable for persons of limited mobility.
